1. Key cases of temperature alarm:

At about 6 pm on November 28, we received a high temperature warning for the current circuit 3 on the first floor of No. 80, Nanxin Street, Kangle Sanshe. We rushed to the site for investigation and found that the working current exceeded 60A during production. Due to the slipping of the circuit breaker screw, the high current operation caused the switch to heat up and sparked, causing the wire temperature to be over-high. The user was notified immediately to cut off the power supply. The community electrician was notified immediately to come for rectification. If safety hazards are found, they should be rectified in time to avoid greater losses to users.

2. Key cases of temperature warning:

At 23:13 on December 15, we received a warning that the wire temperature of Yu Han Factory, Beikangle Yishe, on the fourth floor of No. 28, Kangle Dongyue South Street, exceeded 70 degrees. We found out on site that the boss had just replaced a new ironing furnace today. The power exceeded 9 kilowatts when in use. The original wire inlet was 6 square meters. When using a high-power ironing furnace, it has seriously exceeded the safety load of the wire. The boss has been urged to make immediate rectifications.

3. Key cases of leakage warning:

At about 9:00 p.m. on December 8, we received a leakage warning from Wei Xianpeng Garment Factory, Lujiang Liushe, 4th Floor, No. 32, Lujiang West Street. We rushed to the site for investigation and found through professional equipment and technology that the power supply line of the air conditioner outdoor unit was bitten by a rat, causing the copper wire to touch the outer shell of the air conditioner outdoor unit, resulting in a potential difference and power loss, thus causing leakage. The on-site staff handled the wires. If safety hazards are found, they should be handled in time to avoid greater losses to users.

4. Key cases of current overload warning:

At about 10 am on November 19, we received multiple current overload warnings from the Dashang Lobster BBQ Distribution Processing Department at 4 Ka Dashang, the second community of Lujiang, Dunhe Market, and the staff rushed to the site for investigation. Through professional technicians, we analyzed the current setting of the main switch. The customer's main incoming line switch was 63A, and the instantaneous current when the electrical equipment was started reached more than 100A. The current used by the equipment far exceeded the rated current of the switch, which posed a great safety hazard. The on-site staff ordered the boss to replace the switch. If safety hazards are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid greater losses to users.
