1. Key cases of temperature alarm:

At 16:43 on February 15, 2022, the monitoring center of the smart and safe electricity platform showed that the temperature of the wire exceeded 70 degrees, and our staff found through on-site inspection that the incoming wire of the main control switch was burnt and severely oxidized. The reason was that the single-phase high-power hot stove was used for a long time, and the over-power electricity consumption in the kitchen caused the temperature of the wire to rise, which posed a serious safety hazard.

2. Key cases of temperature alarm:

At 13:55 on March 3, 2022, a temperature alarm warning was received on the 4th floor of No. 1, Lane 7, Dongyue South Street, Kangle. The cause was found on site to be that the current was large and the incoming wires were relatively thin, causing the wires and cables to burn severely at high temperature. The on-site follow-up treatment and replacement have been carried out.

3. Key cases of temperature warning:

At 17:20 on March 2, 2022, we received an alarm about high temperature on the 2nd floor of No. 1, South Lane 3, Dongyue, Kangle. On-site inspection revealed that the power of the hot iron exceeded 9 kilowatts when in use. The original wire inlet was 6 square meters. When using a high-power hot iron, the safe load of the wire was seriously exceeded. The boss has been urged to make immediate rectifications to avoid hidden dangers.

4. Key cases of leakage warning:

At 01:12 on March 16, 2022, we received a leakage warning from Yang Heng Garment Factory in Kangdong Residential Committee and rushed to the site for investigation. Through professional equipment and technology, we found that the insulation of the ironing furnace deteriorated after long-term use, resulting in leakage. The boss asked the staff to deal with the ironing furnace. Safety hazards were promptly dealt with to avoid greater losses to users.

5. Key cases of overload warning: At 00:52 on March 14, 2022, we received an overload, high temperature, and leakage warning from Hu Yiqiang Garment Factory of Kangdong Residents Committee. We rushed to the site for investigation in time. Through equipment inspection, we found that the ironing furnace had been running at full load for a long time, and the knife switch had poor contact and serious heat, which caused leakage. The next morning, we helped the customer replace the switch free of charge. Safety hazards are discovered and dealt with in a timely manner to avoid greater losses to users.
